User's Guide to
Virtual Environmental Manager
Database Program

Chapter 9.  Getting Help

Getting Help

Additional Guidance

This User’s Guide provides a brief introduction to the VEM data management program.  More detailed information on VEM can be found in the expanded User’s Guide on the web at www.enviro-compliance.com/_guide.htm.

Troubleshooting

Because VEM is built on the Access database management system, Help files for Access are equally relevant to problems that may be encountered with VEM.  Other difficulties, such as screen and date formatting issues touched on in this manual, may be associated with default settings of the computer system.

We also anticipate that from time to time Users will alert us to particular issues that evaded our testing processes.  We will publish any such issues with proposed resolutions at the internet User’s Guide site, www.enviro-compliance.com/_guide.htm.

If an issue is detected that cannot be resolved through available remedies, try to close VEM and then contact T. Cozzie Consulting with your issue.  As a reminder, please BACK UP your VEM database on a frequent basis.
